This groundbreaking structure features a 47m high tower, which houses two historic spacecraft and various satellites. Opened in 2001, the project was funded by the Millennium Commission. A relatively early example of the use of ETFE foil cushions the scheme clearly shows how this material can be used to great effect.
The structure was trail assembled in the SH Structures works to ensure the frames fitted together first time on site.
