It is the policy of S H Structures Limited to provide working conditions that are safe and healthy for all employees, at all times, aiming to carry out its operations so that the health and safety of the persons concerned will not be adversely affected.

The requirements of the Code of Practice for Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1992 and any other associated acts or regulations affecting the activities of S H Structures Limited will at all times be addressed. The company will, as far as reasonably practicable, ensure an adherence to the control of substances hazardous to health regulations 1994 (COSHH).

The company will provide and maintain up-to-date health and safety procedures at all places of work in accordance with the requirements of The Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 1994 (CDM). Department heads are to ensure that within the areas they control these procedures are observed and effectively implemented, promote an awareness of health and safety with all employees, and provide specialised training where applicable.

It is the responsibility of all employees to do all they can to prevent accidents to themselves and others.

The Managing Director has ultimate responsibility for the Health and Safety policy at S H Structures Limited. He has delegated the responsibility for its effective operations, control and evaluation to the relevant departmental Managers.
