Production Facility

Premises :

shstructures limited factory is located on Moor Lane Trading Estate, Sherburn-in-Elmet, North Yorkshire which is within 3 miles of the A1 trunk road and 5 miles from the M62 motorway.

Premises consist of 2,400 sq.m. (26,500 sq.ft.) purpose built factory and 325 sq.m. (3,500 sq.ft.) offices, set in 1 ha (2.4 acre) site.


Equipment :

Lifting - · Lifting: 2 No. 10 tonne and 3 No. 5 tonne s.w.l. E.O.T. cranes operating over full area of workshop, 1 No. 5 tonne s.w.l. side loader.

Sawing - · Sawing: Semi-automatic horizontal bandsaw, capacity 350mm diameter/550mm x 300mm rectangular.

Welding - 11 No. 450-600amp. Semi-automatic MIG welding sets, 10 No. 300-450amp. MMA welding sets.

Profiling /Cutting - Semi-automatic tube profiler, Multi-head Magic-Eye plate profile burner, straight line burner, general flame-cutting equipment.

Punching /Shearing - 70 tonne Universal steelworker, capacity 27mm diameter/20mm thick, 150 x 150 x 10L, 300 x 15 Plt. 1200 x 25mm Hydraulic guillotine.

Drilling - 1800mm Radial-arm drill, Rotabroach Magnetic Drills etc.

Grinding / Finishing - Double ended pedestal grinders, static belt linishers, hand held angle-grinders and belt sanders.
