New footbridge lands at Brentford Lock
SH Structures installed a new 80 tonne footbridge over the Grand Union Canal as part of the enabling works of major regeneration project. The shallow arched 90tonne structure was lifted into place with an 80tr capacity crane. The new bridge will form a vital a role in the areas’ Active Travel scheme, reducing travel times to the nearby station and other destinations.
