COVID-19: SH Structures Business Continuity Statment

The UK Government is expecting the COVID-19 virus to spread rapidly over the coming weeks and has introduced various measures designed to help reduce its transmission, including social distancing. We remain fully committed to providing an ongoing service to all our customers and the protection of the health, safety and welfare of all our employees, customers and supply chain partners is a responsibility we take very seriously. SH Structures has, therefore, introduced robust plans to minimise any disruption while also fulfilling that responsibility.

In accordance with the advice given to date, many of our staff will be working from home and we have introduced a company-wide policy of essential travel only. Communications with SH Structures will be by telephone and email as normal, supported by video/conference calls using platforms such as Teams and Skype where face-to-face communication is preferred.

At present, our supply chain, manufacturing and site operations remain unaffected; should this change, our Contracts team will work directly with our suppliers and customers to find project-specific solutions to minimise any delays and disruption. We continue to maintain close communications with our supply chain partners to understand what impact COVID-19 may have on the supply of materials, goods and services, in order to mitigate any potential delays.

We shall endeavour to react to the latest information supplied by the UK Government and other agencies in an open and timely manner and will provide any updates to our policy via email, our website, and social media.

We thank our staff, supply chain and our customers for their ongoing support, and please don’t hesitate to contact us with any concerns.
