SHS support charity 5 a-side tournament
SH Structures recently support a charity fund raising 5-a side tournament organised by Vinci Construction, our client on the Barton Square project. The tournament was held at the Soccer Dome in Manchester and we were able to field two teams from SHS. We were able to draw on a wide range of talent from our goal keeping Contract Director to some extremely skilled apprentices. Sadly all this talent only saw our ‘A’ team reaching third place at the end of the day. There were the inevitable walking wounded the following day however our guys did us proud and most importantly helped raise a significant sum for a worthy cause. The event has generated some ongoing interest within the company which has resulted in a regular kick about being organised after work at our local pitch.
